Registration & Fee
Registration for ASP 2024 cannot be completed independently. Instead, it must be arranged through an ASP representative at the participating university.
Application Procedure
To apply for the ASP students should submit a completed application form to a representative at their home university. The form can be downloaded from the Notice section of the website, or collected from the representative. After selecting students for the program, the representative will send the application forms to Dongseo University. Students will be assigned to classes based on their preferences listed on the application form. Once registration is confirmed, students should deposit the registration fee into an account of their home university. The fees will then be transferred together to Dongseo University.

*The registration fee for ASP 2024 includes course tuition, materials for class work, airport pick-up and drop-off, three week’s accommodations, three meals per day during weekdays, program events, and local transportation associated with the program.
Additional costs during the program will result from purchasing meals on weekends and pursuing independent activities. Please also note that all ASP participants must have traveler’s health insurance for the duration of their stay in the Republic of Korea. Further information about insurance is provided in the ASP Registration Form.
Registration fees should be paid by students to the account of their home university according to the instructions of their ASP representative.

Participants are requested to note the following deadlines and dates regarding ASP 2024.

Cancellation by Participants and Refunds
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by the following deadlines and according to the following conditions for eligibility for a refund*:
Before May 31, 2024: Refund of 100% minus any bank transfer fees
Between June 1 and 15, 2024: Refund of 50% minus any bank transfer fees
Between June 16 and July 27, 2024: No refund except in the following instances.
a) The applicant was unable to procure a Visa despite early application.
b) The applicant became seriously ill or otherwise physically unable to participate in the program.
* Please note that specific documentation may be required to verify these conditions. Please also note that no refund will be issued in the event that a participant is disqualified from the program due to inappropriate actions or chooses to quit the program without sufficient reason.
