Academic Cooperation Agreement Signed with Purdue University Research Foundation

Dongseo University and Purdue University’s Purdue Research Foundation cosponsored the Design Innovation & Entrepreneurship Forum held on December 14.

 

On December 13, Dongseo University and Purdue University’s Research Foundation signed an academic cooperation agreement. Purdue University is located in the state of Indiana, U.S.A.

 

Dongseo University President Jekuk Chang, Vice President Cho Jeoung Seong, Dean for International Cooperation Chung Chan, Professor Han Kyoung-ho, Professor Chang Ju-young, Professor Lee Seong-pil, Professor Lee Dong-hoon and others took part in the opening ceremony. Representing the Purdue Research Foundation were President Dan Hasler and Professor of Industrial Engineering T.J. Kim.

 

 

Dongseo University and the Purdue Research Foundation agreed to cooperate on programs of joint research, professor exchange, and student exchange. They also agreed to cooperate on a design center to bring students’ creative designs to the global market.

 

Purdue University is a prestigious American university which is often ranked among the top 20 in the U.S. The university is renowned for its graduate employment rate of over 90% for the past five years. Also, Purdue University’s design department has been globally recognized by many companies.
