The systematic training offered in the Im Kwon Taek College of Film and Media Arts fosters talented artists able to express their creative visions through technical craftsmanship.

Our close national and international affiliations with leading institutions such as Dodge College of Film and Media Arts in the U.S., the Asian Film Academy, and the Busan International Film Festival give students access to industry professionals who offer guidance and advice. Last year, 24 students from 16 countries participated in our various workshops, master's classes and projects.

Film & Video are at the heart of a high-value industry that includes movies, TV, music videos and advertising. Our department creates specialists who work as writers, planners, directors, producers, and editors within this broad range of fields.

In 2013, the Im Kwon Taek College of Film and Media Arts relocated to DSU's Centum Campus in the city's main film and media district. The state-of-the art facilities serve as a venue for outstanding productions and offer students direct experience working with the best equipment in the industry.
