Dongseo University (DSU), Shanghai University of Engineering Science (SUES), and Korea Education Broadcasting System (EBS) excel in the fields of IT, Design, and Cinematic Imagery. Recently, they agreed to combine their individual strengths in order to mutually produce globally-competitive products.
The President of DSU, Jekuk Chang, the President of SUES, Xia Jianguo, and the President and CEO of EBS, Shin Yong-sub, held a meeting at the EBS Council Chamber in Gangnam-Gu, Seoul, on May 12th. The result of this meeting was an agreement to produce materials and products intended for the global market using the resources and skills that each of the three institutions can offer. In addition, they plan to train a professional workforce in the broadcasting field.
The agreement consists of these conditions: To cooperate on research projects, collaborate in the educational field, exchange scientific research and offer the use of necessary research equipment, exchange educational materials and research data, and train a high-quality global workforce. These conditions reinforce a mutual goal of cooperation through exchange between Korea and China.
