Hello, everyone! I am Byeong-Uk and the captain of the GSI sports club. Today, we learned about body building. Intensively, we did the "Shoulder Press" with dumbbells, Shoulder Presses with the machine, and Shoulder Presses with barbells. These exercises are good for the shoulder muscles. If you want to develop your shoulder muscles, these exercises are the most effective way! The trainers said that a minimum of 3 sets of each exercise should be performed. Although these activities are difficult and painful, it must be realized that "no pain" equals "no gain!"
