초록

이 연구의 목적은 기존 식기 건조대의 문제점을 발견하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 차별화된 새로운 식기 건조대를 디자인 개발하는 것이 목적이다. 기존 식기 건조대의 문제점을 알아보기 위해 기존 제품 조사, 사용자 심층인터뷰, 식기 건조대 사용 환경의 관찰 조사를 진행하였다. 그 결과 제품의 재질, 수납공간, 크기 등 다양한 문제점들을 도출하였다. 첫째, 재질은 ABS소재의 경우 물 때가 자주 발생하며, 물 빠짐에 대한 부분이 약하였고, 스테인리스 소재의 식기 건조대는 부식에 약하다. 이를 개선하기 위해 전체적으로 부식에 강화된 스테인리스 소재를 이용하여 물 때와 부식에 대한 부분을 강화하고, 물이 자주 고여 물 때가 자주 발생되는 물 빠짐 받침대의 변화를 주어 보완하였다. 둘째, (생략)대부분의 사용자가 식기 건조대를 사용할 때 다양한 식기를 보관하는데 이를 수납할 수 있는 공간이 부족하다. 이를 개선하기 위해 프라이팬이나 냄비 등 다양한 부가적 거치대를 추가하고, 수저를 위생적으로 보관할 수 있도록 진행했다. 셋째, 크기에 대한 문제로 1단의 식기 건조대를 사용할 경우 많은 양의 식기를 쌓아 올려 보관함의 문제점과 각기 다른 주방 형태로 인해 2단 식기 건조대를 쉽게 사용하지 못한 문제점이 있었다. 이에 1단과 2단을 분리 결합을 통해 크기를 늘려 많은 양의 식기를 보관하게 하며, 본체의 크기를 조절 가능하게 하여 식기의 양에 따라 조절할 수 있는 방향으로 개선했다. 개선방향을 토대로 사용자의 Needs와 Wants를 만족할 수 있는 디자인을 진행하기 위해 ‘공간 활용’이라는 컨셉을 도출하였다. 도출된 컨셉으로 아이디어 스케치를 진행하였으며, 구체화 작업을 통해 나온 3가지 시안의 디자인으로 디자인 전문가 집단과 실제 사용자(주부) 대상으로 선정된 최종 시안을 선정하였다. 본 연구를 현재까지 디자인 분야에서 다루지 않았던 식기 건조대 제품을 연구했다는 것에 큰 의미와 가치를 가진다. 또한 본 연구의 결과물들은 향후 식기 건조대 제품 디자인 연구에 기초 자료로 활용되어질 수 있을 것이다.

摘要

本研究的目的在于发现现有餐具干燥台存在的问题，并设计和开发解决这一问题的新餐具干燥台。为了解现有餐具干燥台的问题，进行了现有产品的调查、使用者深度采访、餐具干燥台使用环境的观察调查。结果发现产品材质、储物空间、大小等多种问题。第一，材质以ABS材料为例，经常产生水渍、空水部分较弱、不锈钢材料的餐具干燥台耐腐蚀较弱。为了改善这一状况，整体上利用耐腐蚀的不锈钢材料，强化对水和腐蚀的部分，通过改变经常产生积水、积水时的漏水支架，加以完善。 第二，大部分（省略）使用者在使用餐具干燥台时，保管各种餐具，但缺乏可收纳餐具的空间。为了改善这一状况，增加了平底锅或汤锅等多种支架，使餐具更加卫生。第三，由于大小问题，使用一层餐具干燥台时，存在堆积大量餐具的保管箱问题和因不同的厨房形态而不能轻易使用两层餐具干燥台的问题。一层和两层通过分离结合，增大大小，保存大量餐具，使主体的大小可以调节，可根据餐具的量可以调节的方向改善。以改善方向为基础，未来进行用户Needs和Wants的满足设计，导出了"空间活用"的概念。以导出的概念进行了创意设计，通过具体化工作推出的3种设计方案，选定了以设计专家集团和实际使用者（主妇）为对象的最终方案。该研究对至今设计领域没有涉及过的餐具干燥台产品进行研究具有较大意义和价值。另外，本研究的成果今后可以用于餐具干燥台产品设计研究的基础资料。

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discover problems with existing dishwashers and to design and develop differentiated new draining board to solve them. To find out the problems of the existing dish drying stand, we investigated the market survey of existing products and the users' kitchen through in-depth monitoring and interviews, resulting in problems regarding materials, storage, and size. First, in the case of ABS materials, water stains are frequent, water drains are weak, and stainless steel dish dryers are a major problem with corrosion. In order to improve this, parts of water and corrosion were reinforced using stainless steel materials, which were reinforced with corrosion, and the water was frequently raised to compensate for the change in water withdrawal brackets. Second, as part of storage, most users store a variety of dishes when using a dishwasher, which is not enough space to accommodate them. To improve the quality, various additional living pads such as frying pan or pot were added and handware was kept hygienic. Third, when using the first batch of dishwashers as a matter of size, there were problems with stacking up large quantities of dishes and difficulty using the second-tier dish racks due to different kitchen types. Thus, the two sections were expanded to store large quantities of dishes by separating them, and the main body was able to be resized according to the amount of food. Based on the direction of improvement, the concept of 'space utilization' was derived to proceed with the design that satisfied users' needs and Wants. Idea sketches were conducted with the concepts developed and the final draft was selected for a group of design experts and actual users (housewives) with three designs from the detailed work. It is significant in meaning and value that we have studied tableware products that have not yet been addressed in the design field. In addition, the findings of this study are expected to be of great value as diverse methods of developing new kitchenware in future Draining Board product design research.
