The Dongseo Honor Society is at the forefront of Dongseo University’s globalizing efforts, with 19 of its members studying hard in spite of bitterly cold weather to achieve a brilliant future. Coming from a variety of majors, they are studying English at the University of Alberta until April 29th, for a total of 16 weeks.

This study abroad program is concentrated on English listening, speaking, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary skills. Also, the students are placed in homestays, to better experience the culture and everyday life in an English speaking country.

One more way that this is an amazing opportunity for participating students is that all expenses are covered, including education costs, airfare, and living expenses.

Participating students pledge that their studies overseas will bear good fruit not just for themselves, but for Dongseo University also. They aim to be great Dongseo men and women on the world stage, not just through their English skills, but also through their global manners and cultural knowledge.
