DSU Im Kwon Taek College of Film & Performing Arts makes world stage expansion

DSU is trying to raise its quality and competitiveness in the film arena to the highest level in the world. The Academic Exchange Agreement was signed between DSU and Dodge College of Film and Media on October 9th. The Dodge College is in Chapman University in Orange County, California, and one of the best colleges in film production in the U.S. Prof. Im Kwon Taek, the Endowed Chair Professor of Im Kwon Taek College of Film & Performing Arts, Prof. Park Keon Seop, Dean of the Im Kwon Taek College, Prof. Bob Basset, Dean of the Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, and other professors and students from both colleges attended the ceremony held in the Global Room at DSU. The agreement includes mutual interactions of the artists and the staff of the two schools; mutual exchange of students, grades, and graduates; and mutual interactions in film, business practices, and media fields; cooperative studies and exchange of academic materials; participation in seminars and scientific meetings; special lecture programs, and the operation of short term training programs.
