The Division of Media Communication at Dongseo University and CJ HelloVision in Busan produced a 40-episode program called, “Radio Star Busan FM.” The program was aired in the daytime from March 4 to November 26. Each episode is 25 minutes, and the last episode is set to be aired on Christmas Eve.

According to the joint production agreement between Dongseo University and CJ HelloVision, 14 sophomores and juniors from the Media Outlet IFS Center 2, specializing in business, could participate in the production as producers, writers, or cameramen. In addition, 93 students could get on-site experience in practical business by visiting the Busan CJ HelloVision headquarters.

“Radio Star Busan FM” is a local “One Man DJ” talk program. The show discusses normal neighborhoods’ life stories. The division and Busan CJ HelloVision produced 40 episodes with titles such as, “Lee Dong-hui - Film Maker,” which aired on March 11, and “Warm Romance,” which will be broadcast on December 24. The last episode was recorded in DSU’s Media Outlet under the guidance of junior Broadcasting and Media Studies major Lee Ji-su along with eight other students. In the last episode, it took an hour and a half to record a segment titled, “Busking Bank” in which performers donate their talents and activities to childcare centers in need.
