If you plan to go their own countries during this winter vacation, please fill out and submit this google form.

You must apply for a "re-entry permit" via Hi-Korea website (www.hikorea.go.kr) before leaving Korea and the application must be approved. Leaving Korea without Re-entry permit will result in cancellation of Alien registration and you will be responsible for it. (at least 4 days before your departure - exclude weekends and holidays)

The date of home return and re-entry into Korea should be notified to the  "International College office" as soon as it is confirmed.
