[Return to 2022 spring semester from leave of absence]
If you want to return to school in 2022 spring semester from leave of absence, you should start to prepare early, considering that it takes long to get visa to Korea. In some countires, it might be difficult to get visa in time because the Korean Embassy doesn't issue visa recently due to the corona pandemic. However, it is better to prepare in advance in order to apply as soon as the embassy is open.
The process is as follows.
1. Discuss your comeback with your academic supervisor
2. Send an e-mail with the information below to IC office
3. Receive a tuition fee invoice from International Exchange Center
4. Pay the tuition fee and send the receipt back to International Exchange Center
5. Receive Admission Certificate and Quarantine Place Ceriticate from International Exchange Center and IC office
6. Apply visa at Korean Embassy
7. Reserve a flight ticket
8. Send your arrival information to IC office. You can get an arrival form from IC office, including the quarantine information.
9. Prepare for 2-week quarantine after arrival, consulting with IC office.
10. Submit "return application" in the Student Support System on February 21-24, consulting with IC office
