If you want to return to school in 2023 spring semester from leave of absence, you should start to prepare early, considering that it takes long to get visa to Korea.
The process is as follows.
1. Discuss your return with your academic supervisor professor
2. Fill out the application form at the link below.

3. Ms. Seulkee Oh at International Exchange Center will send you a tuition fee invoice by e-mail.
4. Pay your tuition fee with the invoice and send the receipt back to her, together with your passport copy.
If you send money by international remittance, the bank information is written in the invoice.
You can use the bank account number for domestic transfer from a bank in Korea.
5. Ms. Oh will check your payment and will send Admission Certificate to you.
6. IC Office will send you Tuition Payment Certificate, if necessary.
7. Apply visa at Korean Embassy.
You need to submit many required documents. Please start to prepare it early.
8. After getting visa, reserve a flight ticket.
9. Send your arrival information to IC office. An arrival form will be sent from IC office
10. Submit "return application" in the Student Support System in August, consulting with IC office
