[Dormitory Guidelines of Reward and Penalty Points] 

The dormitory office posted "Guidelines of Reward and Penalty Points" for the residents.
If you violate the dormitory rules, you will get penalty points for each violation. If you receive more than 15 penalty points, you will be required to vacate your room.
