Academic Notice Course registration regulations

Dear GSI students,

It is required that you sign up for your classes during the regular course registration period online.
The regular course registration is always during the vacation, usually two weeks before the beginning of the semester. The Office of Academic Affairs cancel classes if none or a few students sign up for classes.

Last week, the GSI office was notified by the Office of Academic Affairs, we should cancell many classes including Public Service in the GSI. We had to provide unreasonable excuses.

Starting this spring semester of 2017, the system has English version. You can sign up for classes with all the necessary information in detail for you to read and sign up on your own.

IAnyone who fail to sign up during their regular course registration, do not miss this "add and drop period". You CANNOT get credits even if you attend the classes. Your name would not appear on attendance sheets on e-class. The GSI office cannot open the course registration system when it gets closed by the Office of Academic Affairs.

The GSI office is always ready to help you with all the kindess, but when you can do alone as a university student, the help will not be offered as we are educational institution. It is our job to help you become a life-long learner as a UNIVERSITY STUDENT. Please follow school regulations.
