Application for student elective P/N evaluation

- When applying, students who wish to apply for a student elective P/N evaluation should be aware of the following matters.
1. Application period - : Applications can be made up to a week after the end of the midterm exam (2023. 04. 20. 09:00 ~ 05. 03. 18:00)
2. Subject - : All other major and liberal education subjects are evaluated by grade, not by P/N evaluation
3. Limited credit - : A total of 12 credits can be applied while attending university (during eight semesters)
4. How to apply - : Student support system( https://im.dongseo.ac.kr/ ) → "수강(Sign up)" → "선택형 PN평가과목신청(Application for elective PN evaluation courses) → "신청가능과목조회(Search available courses)" → Click "신청(apply or okay)" button
5. Grades evaluation - : P (pass) grades are given if C or higher during grade evaluation (D/F grade is given N(non-pass) grade)
6. Precautions
- Unable to modify elective P/N evaluation after the end of the application period
- All internal and external scholarships, including national scholarships, will be evaluated/calculated based on the original score when applying for a student elective PN evaluation.
- After a student gets an N in the P/N subject, they can apply for a P/N evaluation again when retaking the course
- Student elective P/N application subjects are indicated by P/N on the transcript
