The course aims to inform students about the basic principles of marketing by introducing the concepts of marketing, the macro and micro environment of marketing, understating of consumer behavior, defining the methods of marketing segmentation, targeting and positioning and understanding of marketing 4P mix.

The purpose of this class is to provide financial statement theory based on the business analysis framework. Financial statements are the basis for a wide range of business analysis. Managers use them to monitor and assess performance of their firms in comparison with other firms, to communicate with external investors, to help judge what financial policies they should pursue, and to evaluate potential new businesses to acquire as part of their investment strategy.

In this course of lecture, students will understand the concept of entrepreneurship and how entreprenuer is difference from merely "business man & woman." In this class, students will develop an entrepreneur's mindset and students will learn how to establish a new business. Students will have opportunities to think like a CEO through case studies. Textbooks is not necessary, Microsoft power point slides will be provided for lectures. Team based assignments, practices and short presentations will involve teamwork development methodology such as brainstorming and consensus.

The goals of this courses is to understand why Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Information Systems(BIS)are required and inevitable for business, to draw architecture of business using ERP/BIS, and practice ERP system (HR).
