Hello,

This is the Global Support Division of the ANCHOR Project Team at Dongseo University.

We are pleased to announce the 2026 International Student Life & Career Seminar, organized to support international students in adapting to life in Korea and preparing for long-term settlement.

The seminar will feature expert-led sessions covering essential topics such as housing, visas, employment, and social and cultural life in Korea. Each session will provide practical information and guidance to help international students navigate everyday life in Korea.

We encourage all international students to participate!


■ Program Overview

- Program Title: 2026 International Student Life & Career Seminar
- Program Period: November 4–25, 2026 (Every Wednesday)
- Time: 13:00–15:00 (2 hours per session)
- Eligibility: International undergraduate and graduate students at Dongseo University
- Capacity: Up to 100 participants per session
- Program Content: Practical guidance on housing, visas, employment, and social and cultural life in Korea

Additional Information: Light refreshments will be provided.



■ Seminar Schedule

1. Session 1 | November 4 (Wed), 13:00–15:00
- Topic: Housing & Rental Contracts
- Content: Understanding rental agreements (Jeonse and monthly rent) and preventing rental fraud
- Venue: Room 601, U-IT Building

2. Session 2 | November 11 (Wed), 13:00–15:00
- Topic: Visa & Immigration
- Content: Maintaining legal visa status and changing to employment or residence visas
- Venue: Room 601, U-IT Building

3. Session 3 | November 18 (Wed), 13:00–15:00
- Topic: Employment & Career
- Content: Understanding the Korean job market, resume writing, and interview preparation
- Venue: Room 201, International College Building

4. Session 4 | November 25 (Wed), 13:00–15:00
- Topic: Social & Cultural Life
- Content: Administrative and legal guidance, safe housing support, cultural adaptation, and networking
- Venue: Room 601, U-IT Building

- Registration Period: October 14 (Wed) – October 29 (Thu), 2026
- Eligibility: All international students at Dongseo University
- How to Apply: Scan the QR code on the promotional poster and complete the Google Form.
