동서대학교 앵커사업단에서는 외국인 유학생의 진로 개발, 한국 정주 및 대학생활 적응 지원을 위한 「Career Bridge Program(Peer-to-Peer)」 참여자를 다음과 같이 모집합니다.

Dongseo University ANCHOR Project Group is recruiting participants for the "Career Bridge Program (Peer-to-Peer)," designed to support international students' career development, settlement in Korea, and successful adaptation to university life.

 

□ 프로그램 개요 | Program Overview

   - 프로그램명: Career Bridge Program 정주지원 멘토링(Peer-to-Peer) 프로그램

   - 운영기간: 2026년 9월 1일 ~ 11월 30일까지

   - 운영내용: 내·외국인 선배 학생들과 신입 외국인 유학생 간의 1:1 매칭을 통해 학사 및 캠퍼스 생활 안내, 한국어 학습지원, 지역 사회 정착 정보 공유 활동

   - 지원내용: 멘토 지원금 지급 (시급 10,320원 / 한 달 최대 15~20시간 활동 / 최대 50시간 활동 가능)

 

  •    - Program: Career Bridge Program(Peer-to-Peer) Program
  •    - Period: September 1, 2026 – November 30, 2026
  •    - Program Details: One-to-one(Peer to Peer) mentoring between senior Korean and international students and newly admitted
  • international students, providing guidance on academic and campus life, Korean language learning support, and information on settling into the local community.advanced major studies, and research/technical competency areas

    - Support: Activity stipend for mentors (KRW 10,320 per hour / up to 15–20 hours of recognized activities per month / maximum of 50 activity hours during the program)

 

□ 지원 대상 | Eligibility

멘토

(Mentor)

- 본교에서 1년(2학기) 이상 재학중인 학부생 또는 대학원생(휴학생 제외)

   Undergraduate or graduate students who have been enrolled at Dongseo University for at least one

   academic year (two semesters) (excluding students on a leave of absence)

- 전 학기 평점 평균이 3.0 이상인 자

  Minimum GPA of 3.0 in the previous semester

- 책임감이 강하고 타 유학생의 대학 생활 적응을 도울 의지가 있는 자

  Students with a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to support other international

  students

- 활동 일지 작성 및 관련 서류 제출이 가능한 자
  Able to prepare activity logs and submit required program documents

멘티

(Mentee)

- 한국 생활 및 대학 적응, 정주 역량 강화를 희망하는 자

  Students who wish to strengthen their adaptation to university life, settlement in Korea, and overall

  capacity to live and thrive in Korean society

- 멘토의 학습지도 내용을 성실히 이행하고 프로그램 활동에 적극적으로 참여할 수 있는 자

  Students who are willing to faithfully follow the mentor's guidance and actively participate in all

  program activities

팀 구성

(Team

Requirement)

- 팀은 1:1로 구성(멘토 1명, 멘티 1명)

  Teams will consist of one mentor and one mentee (1:1 matching)

□ 제출 서류 | Required Documents

  •     1. 프로그램 신청서/Application Form
  •        ※학과장 서명 또는 도장 필수/Department chair’s signature or official stamp is required
  •     2. 프로그램 계획서/ Program Plan
  •     3. 개인정보 제공 및 활용 동의서/ Personal Information Consent Form
  •     4. 프로그램 서약서/Program Agreement
  •     5. 직전 학기 성적증명서(멘토만 제출)/ Transcript from Previous Semester (Mentors only)
  •     6. TOPIK(한국어능력시험) 성적보유자 증명서/ TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) Score Report

 

□ 유의사항 | Important Notes

  •    - 제출 서류 및 참여 적합성 검토 결과에 따라 최종 선발 여부가 결정
  •    - 멘토 60명, 멘티 60명 내로 선발
  •    - 모집 인원 초과 시 직전 학기 성적순으로 선발
  •    - 활동 종료 후 관련 서류 미제출 시 활동 지원금 지급 불가
  •    - 동일 구성원 간 멘토링 활동에 대해 타 프로그램 중복 지원은 불가

  •    - Final selection will be based on the submitted documents and the applicant's eligibility.
  •    - Up to 60 mentors and 60 mentees will be selected.
  •    - If the number of applicants exceeds the available positions, selection will be based on the previous semester's GPA.
  •    - Activity stipends will not be provided if the required documents are not submitted upon completion of the program.
  •    - Duplicate participation in other mentoring programs with the same mentor–mentee pair is not permitted.
