In general, life science is used in diverse fields such as drug and cure development, bio-engineering, plant & animal breeding, genetic studies, environmental protection and bio-energy.
One of the common after-graduation jobs is entering an academic circle. Students are able to doing research with graduate students as a faculty member or researcher or provide new ideas. In addition, graduate students are allowed to teach and share their academic knowledge with undergraduates.
In addition, students will be given an opportunity to work as researchers/engineers or for marketing/business administration. They can also start their career in many other fields including drug and cure development, plant & animal breeding, genetic studies, bio-engineering, environmental protection and bio-energy.
They can also work for the government or a nonprofit organization or as researchers, policy planners, inspectors, supervisors or legal advisors. In these fields, they are able to improve systems and regulations, plan and analyze policies and improve public health by taking advantage of their knowledge in life science.
Lastly, some students are not afraid of starting their own business. Based on their idea, they are able to run business with advanced skills and business management capabilities. In life science, they can start business in diverse fields such as drug and cure development, product development and bio-energy technology.
