Department of Business Administration

The Department of Business Administration focuses on nurturing business multi-players that can achieve business objectives and produce experts in each arena in a rapidly developing environment. To this end, courses on general management theories and practicum including HR, accounting, financing, production, marketing, and management information are provided to students. Furthermore, the students will learn how to identify and fulfill customer needs through practicum programs to effectively achieve the goals of organization. The Department of Business Administration offers students with an extensive range of opportunities to enable them to develop foreign language skills, improve competencies in business major as well as various skill sets required to prepare job applications and for overall employment process in order to give them a real edge in the job market after graduation.

The Department of Business Administration has a number of exchange programs with colleges from the U.S., China, Japan, and Vietnam. It offers the Study Abroad Program in which the students are sent to study on the campus of Dongseo University in the U.S. or China. In addition, it provides other exchange programs with other foreign colleges including Beijing Technology and Business University and Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in China, National Economics University(NEU), Vietnam and Kanagawa University of Japan.

The Division of Business Administration runs a 'VOICE Program.' The VOICE Program is a new industry-university cooperative management immersion program. Students and professors work in a specially designated "VOICE Room" as well as in virtual settings to carry out on-the-job training involving a project suggested by a company.
