[Dormitory Luggage Storage]
The students who will not stay at the dormiotry during vacation need to remove their belonings in the room and return the room key to the dormiotry office upon checkout.
If you don't return the key, the dormitory fee will be charged.
For a luggage storage service, you should pack your belongings in a box or a suitcase.
You can buy a new empty box in the post office. The closest post office is in the KIT campus.

If you leave on weekends, you should bring your luggage to the dormitory office on Friday.
[Luggage Storage Application Procedure]
Period: December 18-29, 09:00-15:00 on weekdays (Mon-Fri)
Place: Dormitory Office at Global Village (7F, East Hall)
Storage Fee: 18,000 Won per box
Procedure:
1) Visit the dormitory office with luggage and cash for the fee
2) Receive luggage storage ticket. (don't lose this ticket for luggage collection when you return)
