[Busan Anchor Center] Guide to Participation in the 2026 Employment Consulting for International Students in Connection with the 2026 Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation EXPO

The National Research Foundation of Korea plans to operate the「2026 Employment Consulting for International Students (Employment·Visa MATCH-up Day)」as a side event of the 2026 Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation EXPO as follows,

in order to strengthen the employment capabilities of international students enrolled in Korean universities (graduate schools).

A. Event Overview

1. Event Name: 2026 Employment Consulting for International Students (Employment·Visa MATCH-up Day)

2. Date/Location: 2026. 09. 30. (Wed.) 13:00~17:00 / Room 307, KINTEX Exhibition Hall 2 (Ilsan, Gyeonggi)

   ※ Operated as a side event of the 2026 Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation EXPO (9.30. (Wed.)~10.2. (Fri.))

3. Hosted/Organized by: Ministry of Education / National Research Foundation of Korea
4. Partner Organizations: National Institute for International Education, Overseas Koreans Agency
5. Participants: International students enrolled in universities (graduate schools) located in Korea (Free of charge)
6. Programs: ① Employment consulting (1:1 customized document editing, interview coaching, etc.)
7. ② Visa consultation (Expert consultation on job-seeking visas, professional employment visas, status of stay, etc.)
8. ③ Free profile photo shooting, etc.

   4) 협력기관: 국립국제교육원, 재외동포청 

   5) 참여대상: 국내 소재 대학(원) 재학 중인 외국인 유학생 (참가비 무료) 

   6) 운영프로그램: ① 취업 컨설팅(1:1 맞춤형 서류 첨삭, 면접 코칭 등) ② 비자 상담(구직·전문인력 비자 및 체류자격 등 전문가 상담) ③ 프로필 증명사진 무료촬영 등
