Signs MOU with the College of Planning and Design at National Cheng Kung University

On Monday, August 25, 2025, Dongseo University RISE Project Group ADCC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the College of Planning and Design at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) in Tainan, Taiwan.

The signing ceremony was held at the MOA (Media Outlet Annex) on the 3rd floor of the New Millennium Hall at Dongseo University. Following their participation together in the launch of ADCC last June, the two institutions formalized the agreement to further strengthen exchange and cooperation. For the occasion, Dean Hsueh-Sheng Chang and eight department chairs from NCKU visited Dongseo University.

Juyoung Chang, Dean of the Design College at Dongseo University, stated, “At this important moment as Busan prepares for the 2028 World Design Capital (WDC), we are pleased to open a new chapter of collaboration with National Cheng Kung University.” He added, “We hope both universities can serve together as a bridge connecting Asia while contributing to the development of next-generation designers.”
