역사문화거리 골목의 노드 스페이스 (Node Space)에 관한 연구- 공간구문론과 Feng-GUI를 중심으로 - A Study one Alley Node Space of Historical and Cultural Street - Focused on Space Syntax and Feng-GUI -

초록

베이징의 도시발전계획에서 역사문화지역 보호의 중요성을 지속적으로 언급하고 있지만, 인구유동과 외래인구의 증가로 초래한 주택문제는 심각한 토지 재개발을 야기하여 골목과 같은 역사적으로 생활문화를 내포한 장소가 점차 사라지고 있다.
본 연구는 역사문화거리에서 노드 스페이스의 공간적 특성과 기능적 역할을 파악하기 위하여 중국 베이징시 대책란(大柵欄) 역사문화거리를 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다.
역사문화거리, 골목, 노드 스페이스의 상관관계를 파악하기 위하여 문헌 고찰을 통하여 각 공간에 표현되는 공간적 특성과 기능을 파악하였고, 공간구문론을 이용하여 대책란 역사문화거리에 대하여 축선도를 작성하였으며, 공간위상분석으로 대책란 역사문화거리에서 전체통합도를 내림차순으로 정리하여 가장 높은 값 3순위까지 선정하여 본 연구에서 집중적으로 연구하는 공간적 범위로 설정하였다. 주요 공간적 범위와 교차를 형성한 축선도에서 통제도가 상위 10순위까지의 공간을 한정하여 최종적으로 본 연구에서 분석하고자 하는 10개의 물리적 노드 스페이스를 도출하였다. 이후, 대책란 역사문화거리 노드 스페이스에서 표현한 공간적 특성과 기능적 역할을 관측하기 위하여 도출한 10개 노드 스페이스를 대상으로 360도 파노라마 사진을 촬영하여 주목도 분석을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 대책란 역사문화거리 골목 내 노드 스페이스의 공간에서 명확한 연결성, 개방성, 공공성, 다양성과 복합성이 나타났으며, 역사문화거리의 공간적 특성 중의 장소성, 완전성, 진실성, 역사성 등 4가지 특성이 강조된 사실을 파악하였다. 이상의 특성은 공간에서 완충 역할을 할 뿐만 아니라 서비스, 생활, 상업 및 오락 기능도 포함하고 있다.
또한, 역사문화거리가 상업화되면서 촉진한 공간의 리노베이션으로 과거의 공간에서 표현한 문화성과 상징성의 하락은 공간의 쾌적성과 발전의 지속가능성이 저하된 문제라고 판단하였으며, 이러한 문제에 대응하여 향후 역사문화거리에 대한 개발에서 상업지역과 주거지역을 명확히 구분하고, 최대한 주거지역의 범위를 보류하여 현재 골목 노드 스페이스의 거주, 생활, 오락 기능을 활성화하는 것이 중요하다고 판단하였다.

Abstract

Although Beijing's urban development plan continues to mention the importance of protecting historical and cultural areas, housing problems caused by population movements and an increase in foreign population have caused serious land redevelopment, and places that contain historical living cultures such as alleys are gradually disappearing.
In order to grasp the spatial characteristics and functional functions of the node space in the historical and cultural street, this study takes the historical and cultural street of countermeasure bar in Beijing, China as the object. First of all, in order to understand the relationship between historical and cultural street, Hutong and node space, this study has mastered the spatial characteristics and functions of each space through literature review, formulated the axis map of the so-called countermeasure historical and cultural street by using spatial sentence theory, sorted out the overall integration degree of the strategy bar historical and cultural street in descending order through spatial status analysis, selected the third highest value, and set it as the spatial scope of centralized research in this study, The axis diagram forming the main space range and intersection and the space of the top 10 of the degree of control are limited to 10. This study obtains the following physical node space. In order to observe the spatial characteristics and functional functions represented in s, 360 degree panoramic photos were taken with the derived 10 node spaces as objects, and the degree of attention was analyzed. The results show that the countermeasure bar has a clear consistency, openness, publicity, diversity and complexity in the node space of the historical and cultural street Hutong, and emphasizes the four characteristics of the spatial characteristics of the historical and cultural street, such as place, integrity, authenticity and history. The above features not only play a buffer role in the space, but also include service, life, business and entertainment functions. In addition, with the commercialization of the historical and cultural street and the promotion of space renovation, the decline in cultural and symbolic performance in the past space is a problem of the decline in space comfort and sustainability of development. In order to deal with these problems, in the future development of historical and cultural streets, it is very important to clearly distinguish between commercial areas and residential areas, maximize the scope of residential areas, and activate the residential, living and entertainment functions of the current Hutong node space.
