초록

21세기를 맞이한 현대의 중국 청년들은 희망찬 장래를 위해 가족과 중국을 떠나 외국에서 홀로 생활하게 되었다. 이로 인해 중국 사회에서는 ‘1인 가구(empty nest of youth)’ 라는 새로운 사회적 현상이 발생하게 되었다. 이러한 젊은 중국 청년들은 고향에 대한 그리움을 감성적으로 해소할 환경과 대상을 찾지 못하고 무미건조한 도시의 삶에서 정신적인 피로를 느끼며 살아가고 있는 실정이다. 연구자 또한 고향을 떠나 유학중인 입장이다. 특히 고향땅을 뒤덮고 있는 도화를 통해 고향에 대한 그리움을 자극받으며 본 연구의 디자인 모티브로 선택하게 되었다.
중국의 대표적 산물인 ‘적엽수분(赤葉垂粉) 도화’, ‘수직벽도(垂直碧桃) 도화’, ‘단분산도(單粉山桃) 도화’가 있다. 그 중에 ‘단분산도(單粉山桃) 도화’가 중국 전통 텍스타일 디자인에 제일 많이 사용된 모티브로써 중국 전통 길상(吉祥)의 의미를 가지고 있다. 이를 선정하는 기준에서 연구자는 ‘단분산도(單粉山桃) 도화’를 모티브로 선택하여 그에 대한 분석 및 고찰을 통해 텍스타일 디자인을 연구하고자 하였다.
이를 통해 중국 청년들이 고향을 그리워하는 마음을 해소할 수 있는 계기로 삼을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 현대 패션 디자인에도 활용하고자 하였다. 도화는 중국에서 가장 대표적인 산물일 뿐만 아니라 중국의 역사와 고대 문학 등 각 영역에서도 깊은 의미를 지니고 있고, 동시에 도화는 중국 전통의 상서로운 의미와 문양으로써 중국 전통 복식의 텍스타일 디자인에 폭넓게 등장하고 있다. 또한 각종 형식, 공예기법과 현대 패션 디자인 영역에서도 자주 사용되고 있다. 따라서 도화와 텍스타일 디자인의 개념에 대하여 고찰한 후, ‘단분산도 도화’를 모티브로 선정하여 중국 도화의 아름다운 모습을 텍스타일 디자인으로 전개하였다. 연구과정에서 살펴본 바, 이에 관한 선행연구는 흔치 않은 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 중국 전통 도화를 활용한 텍스타일 디자인 연구를 통해 향후 다양한 현대 패션 디자인과 텍스타일 디자인 개발 연구에 활용 기초 자료로서의 가치를 찾는 것이 그 목적이다.
본 연구의 내용과 연구 방법으로는 선행연구 분석을 위해 한국, 중국 및 외국의 단행본, 학위 논문, 학술지 논문, 정기 간행물, 인터넷 자료 등을 중심으로 Ⅱ장에서는 도화의 생태적 고찰, 문화적 의미, 철학적 사상 및 중국 역사, 도화 패턴을 바탕으로 중국 전통 복식과 현대 패션 컬렉션에 나타난 사례, 텍스타일 디자인의 개론을 고찰하며, Ⅲ장에서는 최종적으로 연구자의 작품 18점을 제작하는 전 과정을 논술하였다.
연구 범위로는 도화 패턴 사례 및 텍스타일 디자인의 반복 패턴 사례를 분석하기 위하여 중국의 2015년 출판된 『漢族傳統服飾圖案經典: 한족전통복식경전』과 2013년 출판된 『紡織品圖案設計賞析: 방직품도안설계상석』, 한국의 1991년도 출판된 『텍스타일 디자인』을 참고하여 연구하였다. 인터넷 사이트 바이두(www.baidu.com)를 중심으로 도화에 관한 키워드(Keyword)를 연계하여 해설 자료를 참고하였다.
생태적으로 도화는 중국에서 대표성을 지닌 식물의 하나로써 감성, 식용, 약용 등 실용 가치를 지니고 있고 더욱 깊이 고찰해 보면, 도화는 기후와 계절 변화에 대한 문화적 의미를 담고 있다. 또한, 심층적 연구를 통해 도화는 자연관(自然觀), 인생관(人生觀), 정신관(精神觀), 이상관(理想觀), 예술관(藝術觀)의 중국 철학적 사상과의 밀접한 연관성도 연구하였다. 중국 역사에 등장하는 도화에 대한 조사와 분석을 통해 도화가 시대별로 다른 이미지 스타일로 표현되고 있음을 확인하였다. 주나라 시기부터 육조 시기까지의 도화 이미지 경향을 서술하여 당나라 시대는 중국의 역사에서 예술 창작이 가장 번영한 시기였기 때문에 도화 문양에 대해 자세한 탐구가 진행되어 많은 발전을 거두었다. 당나라 시기는 도화에 대한 세밀한 감상과 깊은 이해를 보여주며 풍부한 문화 활동으로 도화를 주제로 한 문학 창작의 발전을 촉진하는 것을 발견하였다. 또한 중국 전통 복식에서 나타난 도화 패턴과 현대 패션에 등장하는 도화 텍스타일 디자인의 사례 연구를 논술하였다. 이를 통해 텍스타일 디자인에서의 패턴(Pattern)은 디자인의 중요한 미적인 요소로 자리를 잡고 있음을 알 수 있었고 선행연구를 통한 텍스타일 디자인은 반복 패턴이 주로 사용되어졌으며, 배열 형식과 전개 형식으로 제작되어지는 디자인들의 사례를 논술하였다.
Ⅲ장에서는 작품의 제작의도 및 방법, 영감과 주제 선정, 디자인 전개 및 작품설명 등의 순서로 연구되어 최종적으로 18개 작품의 전개과정을 상세하게 서술하였다.
결론적으로 중국 전통 텍스타일 디자인에 활용되는 도화 모티브를 연구자의 관점에서 재해석하며, 차별화된 새로운 도화 텍스타일 디자인의 표현을 다각도로 생산해 보았다. 이러한 텍스타일의 디자인 발전은 도화 이외에도 또 다른 다양한 중국의 전통문양의 디자인 현대화를 겨냥한 디자인 영역 전반에 커다란 발전 가능성을 안겨줄 수 있을 것이다.

迎接21世纪的现代中国青年为了充满希望的未来，离开家人与中国，独自在国外生活。因此，中国社会出现了"1人家庭(empty nest of youth)"的新社会现象。这些年轻的中国青年没有找到抒发对故乡思念的感性环境和对象，在枯燥的城市生活中感到精神上的疲劳。研究者也是离开家乡留学的立场。特别是覆盖故乡的桃花，刺激了对故乡的思念，最终选择了本研究的设计主题。
具有中国代表性的产物有"赤叶垂粉桃花"、"垂直碧桃桃花"、"单粉山桃桃花"。其中"单粉山桃"是中国传统纺织品设计中使用最多的图案，具有中国传统吉祥的意义。在选定这一标准中，研究者选择了"单粉山桃"作为主题，通过对其的分析和考察，研究纺织品设计。
通过这些，不仅可以成为消除中国青年对故乡的思念的契机，还可以适用于现代时尚的设计。桃花不仅是中国最具代表性的产物，而且在中国历史和古代文学等各领域也具有深远的意义，同时桃花作为中国传统的吉祥意义和图案，在中国传统服饰的质地设计上广泛登场，也在各种形式、工艺技法和现代时尚设计领域也经常使用。因此，在考察了桃花和纺织品设计的概念后，选定"单粉山桃桃花"作为主题，以纺织物设计展现中国桃花的美好面貌。从研究过程来看，与此相关的先行研究并不多见。因此，其目的在于通过利用中国传统桃花的纺织物设计研究，为今后多种现代时装设计和纺织品设计开发研究寻找作为基础资料的价值。
本研究的内容和研究方法为先行研究分析，以韩国、中国及外国的单行本、学位论文、学术刊物论文、期刊、网络资料等为中心，在第二章以桃花的生态考察、文化意义、哲学思想及中国历史、桃花模式为基础，考察中国传统服饰和现代时装系列中出现的事例、质地设计概论等，在第三章中展开研究者的最终制作18件作品的全过程。
从研究范围来看，为了分析桃花图案事例和织物设计的重复模式事例，参考了中国2015年出版的《汉族传统服饰图案经典:汉族传统服饰经典》和2013年出版的《纺织品图案设计赏析》以及韩国1991年出版的《纺织物设计》进行了研究。以网站百度（www.baidu.com）为中心，连接了有关桃花的关键词（Keyword），参考了解说资料。
在生态方面，桃花是中国具有代表性的一种植物，具有感性、食用、药用等实用价值，更深入考察发现，桃花对气候和季节变化具有文化意义。另外，通过深入的研究，研究了桃花与自然观、人生观、精神观、理想观、艺术观等与中国哲学思想密切关联性。通过对中国历史上出现的桃花进行调查和分析，确认了桃花在不同的时代以不同的形象表现出来。记述了周代至六朝时期的桃花形象倾向，唐代是中国历史上艺术创作最繁荣的时期，因此对桃花图案进行了详细的探索，取得了很大发展。唐朝时期对桃花表现出细腻的感触和深刻的理解，发现丰富的文化活动可以促进以桃花为主题的文学创作的发展。还论述了中国传统服饰中出现的桃花图案和现代时尚中出现的桃花质地设计事例的研究。由此可以看出，纺织品设计中的图案（Pattern）作为设计的重要审美要素占据了一席之地，通过先行研究，纺织品设计主要使用了重复的图案，并论述了以排列形式和展开形式制作的设计事例。
在第三章以作品的制作意图及方法、灵感与主题选定、设计展开及作品说明等顺序进行了研究，最终详细叙述了18个作品的展开过程。
结论是从研究者的角度重新解释中国传统纺织品设计的桃花主题，从多角度生产出了差别化的新的桃花纺织品。这种质地设计的发展，除了桃花之外，还会针对中国传统图案设计现代化的整个设计领域带来巨大的发展可能性。

Abstract

In the twenty-first Century, modern Chinese youth left their families and China, lived abroad alone for a better future. Therefore, there occurred a new social phenomenon called ‘empty nest of youth’ in Chinese society. It has been proved that these young Chinese youth failed to find the environment and object that can emotionally make them miss their hometown less, they felt the life of mental fatigue in the boring urban life. Researchers are also in the position of studying abroad after leaving hometown, especially through the peach blossoms which covered the countryside, aroused the homesickness, and chose the design motif of this study.
The representative products of China are ‘Red-leafed Chuizhi peach blossom’, ‘Chuizhi Prunus Persica var.compressa peach blossom’, ‘Dan Fen Prunus davidiana peach blossom' and so on. Among them, ‘Dan Fen Prunus davidiana peach blossom’is one of the most widely used motif in traditional Chinese textile design, with the Chinese traditional auspicious implication. On this selection standard, the researchers chose ‘Dan Fen Prunus davidiana peach blossom’ as motif, and studied textile design by analyzing and examining it.
Hope to take this opportunity not only to take this research as an opportunity for Chinese youth to eliminate homesickness, but also to flexibly apply it to modern fashion design. Peach blossom is not only the most representative product of China, but also has profound significance in various fields, such as Chinese history and ancient literature. Meanwhile, peach blossom is also widely used on textile design of Chinese traditional costumes as the auspicious symbol and pattern of Chinese tradition. It is also used in various forms, techniques and modern fashion design. Therefore, after inspecting the concept of peach blossom and textile design, 'Dan Fen Prunus davidiana peach blossom' is selected as motif, and the beauty of Chinese peach blossoms is displayed with textile design. In the course of the study, it is found that the previous research on peach blossoms is not very common. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find the value of the basic material for the flexible application of textile design in the development of various modern fashion design and textile design through flexible use of Chinese traditional peach blossoms.
The content and research method of this study is to analyze the first study, center around the singles, academic papers, academic journals and Internet data in Korea, China and foreign countries. Based on the ecological inspection, cultural significance, philosophical thought, Chinese history and peach blossom pattern, the examples of traditional costumes, modern fashion collection and the introduction of textile design have been studied in Chapter II. In Chapter III, the whole process of making the final 18 works of the researchers has been discussed.
The scope of the study is to analyze the case of peach blossom pattern and the repeat pattern case of textile design, we have studied the Classic Han Traditional Costume Pattern published in 2015 and Appreciation of Textile Pattern Design in 2013, and Textile Design published in South Korea in 1991. Ecologically, as a representative plant in China, the peach blossom has ornamental, edible, medicinal and other practical value. Deepen the study, we find that the peach blossom has a cultural significance for the climate and seasonal changes. In addition, through deep research, the close relationship between the peach blossom and the Chinese philosophy of nature, life, spirit, ideal and art is studied. Through the investigation and analysis of peach blossoms in Chinese history, we have identified the different images of peach blossoms in different times, the image tendency of peach blossoms from the period of the Zhou Dynasty to the Six Dynasties has been narrated. The Tang Dynasty was the most prosperous period in Chinese history, so the peach flower pattern was explored in detail, and many progress had been made. It was found that the Tang Dynasty showed a detailed appreciation and deep understanding of peach blossoms, and promoted the development of literary creation with peach blossom as the theme through abundant cultural activities. Besides, it also discusses the peach blossom pattern appearing in Chinese traditional costumes and the case study of peach blossom textile design appearing in modern fashion. Through research, we can see that Pattern, as an important aesthetic element of design, occupies a dominant position in textile design. Through the previous study, we have found that repeat pattern is mainly used in textile design, and the design cases made with arrangement and expansion of repeat pattern have been discussed.
In Chapter III, studies have been conducted according to the research intention, method of the work, the inspiration and the selection of the theme, the design development and the description of the works. Finally, the process of the 18 works have been described in detail.
In general, it reinterprets the flexible use of peach blossom motif in Chinese traditional textile design and attempts to produce a new manifestation of the differentiated peach blossom textile design from the point of the researchers. The development of this textile design will also bring great potential for the whole design field of modern design of traditional Chinese patterns except peach blossoms.
