초록

고령화 현상은 현재 전 세계적으로 발생하고 있는 사회 현상이다. 1999년에 고령화 사회에 진입한 중국의 고령화는 현재 유럽과 미국 등지의 국가보다 훨씬 빠른 속도로 진행되고 있다. 베이징은 중국의 수도로서 중국에서 가장 우수한 노인 의료 인프라를 갖추고 있다. 이 때문에 베이징 지역의 인구 고령화는 전국 도시의 평균 수준을 상승하고 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 늘어가는 노인들에게 적합한 새로운 스마트 지팡이를 제안하고자 하였다. 연구 방법은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장기간 지속된 중국의 일가구일자녀 정책으로 인한 인구 고령화 문제에 대해 고찰하였다. 둘째, 제품의 구매자와 사용자가 가지고 있는 제품의 문제점과 이에 대한 개선 방안을 파악하였다. 이 때 조사 방법으로 설문 조사와 인터뷰 조사를 활용하였다. 셋째, 시장 조사를 통해 현재 시장에서 유통되고 있는 스마트 지팡이 제품의 특징에 대한 조사 및 분석을 진행하였다. 넷째, 구매자와 사용자를 대상으로 진행한 조사결과를 분석하여 제품 개발의 방향성과 컨셉을 제시하였다. 연구에 대한 신뢰성을 높이고자 연구 범위는 중국의 베이징 지역의 노인으로 국한하였다. 빈도 분석을 통해 본 연구의 디자인 요소로 기능, 재료, 가격, 족부, 컬러 5가지를 도출하였다. 다섯째, 디자인 컨셉을 수용하는 디자인 구체화 작업을 진행하여 최종 디자인을 제안하였다. 여섯째, 1차와 2차 디자인 평가에서 디자이너, 대학 교수, 제품 하드웨어 엔지니어로 구성된 디자인 전문가들의 의견을 청취한 후, 최종 디자인 제안은 전문가들의 조언에 따라 수정하였다. 수정한 부분은 ‘지팡이 높이 조절 부분의 구조, 버튼 부분, 외발 족부와 삼족 족부 중 고무 재료 사용한 부분'이다. 이렇게 본 연구에서는 베이징 거주 노인을 대상으로 한 스마트 지팡이의 디자인 컨셉으로 위와 같이 5가지 디자인 방향을 제안과 1가지 제품을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 노인을 위한 새로운 스마트 지팡이 디자인 개발에 있어서 가이드라인 역할을 하는 디자인 방향을 제안했다는 점에서 의미가 크다.

摘要

老龄化现象是目前全世界范围内发生的社会现象。1999年进入老龄化社会的中国，老龄化速度比欧美国家还要快。北京作为中国的首都，拥有中国最优秀的老年医疗基础设施。因此，北京地区的人口老龄化正在上升，全国城市的平均水平也在上升。因此，本研究建议采用适合老年人使用的新智能拐杖。研究方法如下。第一，考察长期以来中国实行的一户一女政策导致的人口老龄化问题。第二，了解产品的购买者和使用者所存在的产品问题及其改善方案。当时，调查方法利用了问卷调查和采访调查。第三，通过市场调查，对目前市场上流通的智能拐杖产品特点进行了调查及分析。第四， 以购买者和使用者为对象进行的调查结果的分析，提出产品开发的方向和概念。为了提高研究的可信度，研究范围仅限于中国北京地区的老年人。通过频度分析，本研究的设计要素为功能、材料、价格、足部、颜色5种。第五，进行接受设计概念的设计具体化工作，提出最终设计方案。第六，在第一次和第二次设计评价中，听取设计师、大学教授、产品硬件工程师等设计专家的意见后，最终设计提案根据专家的建议进行了修改。修改的部分是"拐杖高度调节部分的结构、按钮部分、单足足部和三足足部中使用橡胶材料的部分"。本研究以居住在北京的老人为对象，以智能拐杖的设计理念，提出了5种设计方向和1种产品。本研究的结论意义在于为老人开发新的智能拐杖设计方面，提出了具有导向作用的设计方向。

Abstract

From the global perspective, the aging of the population is a worldwide phenomenon. China started to become an aging society in 1999, and the aging speeding is way faster than western countries. Beijing is the capital of China and owns the best medical infrastructure in China. Therefore, the population aging in Beijing is higher than that of other cities. This research, based on the researching target of product analysis and customer demand, suggest a brand new smart walking stick customized for the elders from Beijing, China. The research methods are as follows. First of all, the population aging problem caused by long-term Chinese one-child policy is investigated. Second, the existing problem and improvements of the products is inquired from the target customers and users by using the interviews and questionnaire survey. Third, the characteristics of the existing smart walking sticks in the market is investigated and analyzed through the market research. Third, the new developing direction and concept is concluded from analyzing the results of the research about the customers and users. By analyzing the design conclusion derived from the frequency analysis, the important factors are function, material, prick the bottom of the walking stick and color. The design concept will be embodied in the product design and produce ultimate product proposals. This study will provide new design ideas of the smart walking sticks for the demanding elders.
