[Busan City Notice: 2025 Regional Specialized Visa (F-2-R Visa) Program]

*This notice is for students who have already graduated or will graduate in August 2025.

Busan City is launching the 2025 Regional Specialized Visa (F-2-R) program to attract and support outstanding foreign talents.

Eligible participants can apply for an F-2-R visa, provided that they will live or work in one of the three designated areas: Dong-gu, Seo-gu, and Yeongdo-gu. Applicants must have at least TOPIK level 4 or KIIP level 4 completion.
