Dongseo University’s International College is participating in the 2025 Busan RISE (Regional Innovation System for Higher Education) project. This initiative aims to strengthen cooperation between local universities and the region by cultivating globally competitive talents with digital transformation (DX) capabilities.

- Startup Support: Offer customized support for one-person creator startups, lifestyle startups, and tech startups through the EASY Startup Program
- Global Branding: Promote international cooperation through bootcamps, global internships, journal publications, and student competitions
- Global R&D Hub: Establish a global research consortium with international universities and companies to co-develop solutions and joint publications
