1. Penalties for International Students
- Up to 3 years of imprisonment or a fine of up to 30 million KRW
- Additional penalties may be imposed
- Visa status may be canceled and forced deportation may occur
This may result in serious restrictions on re-entry and stay in Korea in the future
2. Employers Subject to Punishment
- Delivery agencies that knowingly hire international students illegally
- Owners of delivery businesses who knowingly employ international students
- Employers who are aware of name lending (identity misuse) but ignore it

3. Prohibition of Delivery Work & Identity Lending for International Students
Delivery-related jobs are prohibited
- Working as a parcel delivery driver
- Working as a delivery rider for delivery agencies
- Includes apps like Baemin, Yogiyo, Coupang Eats, etc.
- These jobs fall under restricted employment categories
4. Identity lending is illegal
- Using another person’s name to work as a delivery rider
