1. Eligibility

• Tutor (Leader) A student in their 2nd year or above who will help new/current students adapt to university life and support major studies.

• Tutee (Member) A student who wants to participate in learning activities with a tutor.
  A student who needs help with major courses.
  

2. Application Method

• Access the MYDEX website (QR code available).

• The team leader (tutor) submits the application (including the operation plan).

• The team should specify their learning topic or major-related keywords.

• Team Composition: 1 tutor + 2–9 tutees (up to 9 people)

• Activity time: 10–40 hours depending on the operation plan

• Tutors must submit an activity report with attendance photos as proof.

• Face-to-face activities are encouraged.

• Double participation in multiple learning communities is not allowed.

• A tutor cannot participate as a tutee in another team.

• No additional scholarship is provided under the academic scholarship regulations.
