From February 20th to 24th, Professor Kessler and Vietnamese Professor Nhung Tran Hillary conducted a research visit. They applied the Sensemaking methodology, utilizing various qualitative approaches such as mystery shopping and in-depth structured interviews to explore the sales and marketing techniques used in this renowned ancient Vietnamese city, famous for its bespoke tailoring industry.
