Ben Nelson — founder, chairman, and CEO of the Minerva Project, and creator of Snapfish (acquired by Hewlett-Packard in 2005) — spoke with Dongseo University students about the Minerva University platform, an innovative model where the first two years emphasize the lifelong skills of critical thinking, communication, creativity, and collaboration.

Using the metaphor of a tennis academy that trains the mind rather than the body, Nelson described how structured practice and feedback can build intellectual agility. Students who attended the talk showed exceptional curiosity and engagement, asking most of the questions — a reflection of international students intellectual wellness.
