- Martin Koehring, global ocean, climate, and sustainability expert and Ocean & Finance Specialist at the UNEP Finance Initiative, presented “Navigating a Wave of New Blue Finance Opportunities.” He emphasized how financial innovation can mobilize capital for marine conservation and sustainable ocean economies.
- Dr. Jaeho Yeom, former President of Korea University, current President of Taejae University, and Vice Chairman of the National AI Committee, delivered the keynote “Changes in Human Civilization and Maritime Civilization in the AI Era.” He discussed the transformative potential of artificial intelligence and proposed the Busan–Japan undersea tunnel as a strategic trade route of the future.
