[AI Convergence Education Center] 2026 DSU AI Challenge – Call for Participants
Total Prize Pool: KRW 26.7 Million!
Application Deadline: Monday, November 9, 2026, at 9:00 AM (KST)
Have you ever struggled to find course announcements scattered across different platforms or spent too much time figuring out your graduation requirements? Join the 2026 DSU AI Challenge and use AI to solve these everyday campus problems!

■ Who Can Participate?
Track A – Development Track (Students Only): For students who want to build websites, apps, or chatbots.
Track D – Idea Track (All University Members): For anyone with creative ideas, even without coding experience.
※ All majors are welcome. Participate individually or in teams of up to 4 members. No-code tools are allowed.
※ Teams with more than 50% of members from non-IT majors will receive a 5-point bonus in the Track A evaluation. Awards will be distributed by award category.

■ Awards and Prizes
A 22% tax may be withheld from the prize money in accordance with applicable tax laws.
Six winning teams per track will receive the President's Award.

1. Track A – Development Track
- Grand Prize: KRW 3,000,000
- First Runner-up: KRW 2,000,000
- Excellence Award: KRW 1,000,000 (2 teams)
- Encouragement Award: KRW 500,000 (2 teams)
2. Track D – Idea Track
- Grand Prize: KRW 1,000,000
- First Runner-up: KRW 700,000
- Excellence Award: KRW 300,000 (2 teams)
- Encouragement Award: KRW 200,000 (2 teams)
  ※ Track A participants who do not advance to the final round will also receive a participation gift voucher.

■ Support for Finalist Teams
- Access to subscription-based AI tools (1 account per team) and API tokens, if needed.
- Winning projects may be developed into actual campus services following further review.

■ Important Dates
1. Applications: October 19 – November 9, 2026, by 9:00 AM
2. Preliminary Evaluation: November 9–13, 2026
3. Development Period: November 16 – December 11, 2026
4. Final Round (Demo & Presentation): December 14–18, 2026
5. Award Ceremony: Fourth week of December

수업 공지가 여기저기 흩어져 있어 불편했던 적, 졸업요건을 확인하느라 한참 헤맨 적 있으신가요?
그 불편을 AI로 직접 해결해 보는 「2026 DSU AI 챌린지」에 여러분을 초대합니다.

■ 이런 분 모두 환영합니다
- 웹·앱·챗봇을 직접 만들어 보고 싶은 학생 → A 트랙(학생, 개발형)
- 코딩은 몰라도 좋은 아이디어가 있는 학생 → D 트랙(전구성원, 아이디어형)
※ 전공 무관, 개인 또는 팀(최대 4인). 노코드 도구 사용 가능
※ 비IT 계열 팀(팀원 과반)은 A 트랙 심사에서 5점 가산, 등급별 수상 배분

■ 시상 (트랙별 6팀, 총장상)
※ 상금 지급 시 관련 법령에 따라 상금의 22%가 세금으로 원천징수될 수 있습니다.
- A 트랙: 대상 300만 원 / 최우수 200만 원 / 우수 100만 원(2팀) / 장려 50만 원(2팀)
- D 트랙: 대상 100만 원 / 최우수 70만 원 / 우수 30만 원(2팀) / 장려 20만 원(2팀)
- A 트랙 본선에 진출하지 못한 참가자에게도 참여 기념 기프티콘을 드립니다.

■ 본선 진출팀 지원
- 구독형 AI 도구 계정(팀당 1계정) 및 필요 시 API 토큰 지원
- 수상작은 심사를 거쳐 실제 교내 서비스로 개발될 수 있습니다.

■ 일정
- 신청 접수: 10. 19.(월) ~ 11. 9.(월) 오전 9시
- 예선 심사: 11. 9.(월) ~ 11. 13.(금)
- 개발: 11. 16.(월) ~ 12. 11.(금)
- 결선(시연·발표): 12. 14.(월) ~ 12. 18.(금)
- 시상식: 12월 4주차
※ 운영 일정은 사정에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 별도 안내
