[International Day 2026 Fall: Booth Participants Wanted!]

Want to share your culture with the campus community?

Join us for International Day 2026 and showcase your country's traditions, food, and talents!

Date: Wednesday, November 18, 2026
Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Location: International College Building 2F

We're looking for students to run booths in teams or showcase their talents through campus busking.

Check out the participation options below!

1. Booth & Performance Categories

1) International Food
Share the flavors of your country! You can sell food, snacks, and beverages from your country at your booth.

2) Campus Busking
Show off your talent on campus! You can sing, play an instrument, dance, or perform traditional music and dances from your country.

3) Flea Market
Have things to sell, trade, or exchange? Join our flea market! We're looking for students who want to run their own flea market booths.

2. Important Information

- Limited Spots: Booth assignments may be adjusted depending on the number of applications. If there are too many applicants, some teams may not be selected.
- Bring Your Own Supplies: Each team is responsible for preparing its own products, ingredients, cooking equipment, and other necessary supplies.
- Funding Support: Each food booth team can receive up to KRW 100,000 in reimbursement for eligible expenses. and No financial support is provided for International Culture, Campus Busking, or Flea Market participants.
- Receipts Required: International Food booth teams must cover their expenses upfront. Upon submission of valid receipts, teams can receive financial support for the actual amount spent, up to KRW 100,000 per team. Handwritten receipts will not be accepted. Machine-issued receipts or online purchase records (e.g., Coupang order details) accompanied by card receipts must be submitted.
- Food Preparation: Cooking with open flames is strictly prohibited. Food must be prepared in advance. You may only reheat food that has already been fully cooked. (Only electric appliances may be used.)
- Electrical Appliances: The number of electrical appliances permitted may be limited depending on the venue's power capacity.

일시: 2026년 11월 18일(수) 오후 1:00 ~ 3:00
장소: International College Building 2층

팀을 구성하여 부스를 운영하거나, 캠퍼스 버스킹을 통해 여러분의 재능을 선보일 학생들을 모집합니다.

아래 참가 분야를 확인해 주세요!

1. 부스 및 공연 분야

1) International Food

여러분 나라의 다양한 음식을 소개해 주세요! 부스에서 자국의 음식, 간식 및 음료를 판매할 수 있습니다.

2) Campus Busking

여러분의 재능을 뽐내 보세요! 노래, 악기 연주, 춤을 선보이거나 자국의 전통 음악과 춤을 공연할 수 있습니다.

3) 플리마켓 (Flea Market)

판매하거나 교환하고 싶은 물건이 있으신가요? 플리마켓 부스를 운영하고 싶은 학생들을 모집합니다!

2. 주요 안내 사항

- 참가 가능 팀 수 제한: 부스 신청 현황에 따라 팀 조정이 발생할 수 있으며, 신청 팀이 많을 경우 일부 팀은 부스 운영이 어려울 수 있습니다.

- 개인 준비 물품: 각 팀은 판매할 물품, 식재료, 조리 장비 및 기타 필요한 물품을 직접 준비해야 합니다.

- 지원금: International Food 참가팀에게는 최대 100,000원의 비용을 지원합니다. International Culture, Campus Busking 및 플리마켓 참가자에게는 별도의 지원이 제공되지 않습니다.

- 영수증 제출: International Food 참가팀은 필요한 비용을 먼저 자비로 지출한 후, 영수증을 제출하면 실제 사용한 금액에 대해 팀당 최대 100,000원까지 지원받을 수 있습니다. 수기로 작성한 영수증은 인정되지 않으며, 기계 발급 영수증 또는 온라인 구매 내역(예: 쿠팡 주문 상세 내역)과 카드 영수증을 제출해야 합니다.

- 음식 준비: 화기를 이용한 조리는 엄격히 금지됩니다. 음식은 사전에 조리하여 준비해야 하며, 완전히 조리된 음식을 재가열하는 것만 가능합니다. (전기 기기만 사용 가능합니다.)

- 전기 기기 사용: 행사 장소의 전력 용량에 따라 사용 가능한 전기 기기의 수가 제한될 수 있습니다.

3. 신청 방법: Google Form 신청

- 신청 기간: 2026년 10월 30일(금) ~ 11월 6일(금) 오전 11시까지
