[Guide: How to Obtain an Apostille]
This notice explains how students can obtain an apostille on their own. As procedures may change, please check the website or contact the call center below for the latest information before applying.
※ Important: Prepare Before You Leave Korea
▶ The process is complicated and takes time, so please complete it while you are still in Korea for any documents that require an apostille.
▶ Certificates of graduation and diplomas are issued after the commencement ceremony. If you need an apostille on these documents, please obtain them after the ceremony and complete the apostille process before leaving Korea.
▶ If you wish to use a proxy after leaving Korea, you must find someone yourself to handle the entire process on your behalf, including finding a notary office, obtaining notarization, and applying for the apostille. The IC Administrative Office can only assist with issuing documents available from the university.
