[Dormitory Application for the 2026 Fall Semester]

Before applying, please read the Dormitory Regulations at the link below. We strongly recommend using a translation tool if necessary. Please apply only if you have read and agree to follow all dormitory regulations throughout your stay.

Eligible Applicants

- Students who lived in the dormitory during the 2026 Spring Semester.

**Even if you are exempt from the dormitory fee for the 2026 Fall Semester, you must still apply if you wish to live in the dormitory.

Not Eligible to Apply

- Students who did not live in the dormitory during the 2026 Spring Semester.

• - Students who will be on a leave of absence during the 2026 Fall Semester.
• - Students who are expected to graduate before the 2026 Fall Semester.

If you wish to live in the dormitory for the 2026 fall semester, you must apply through the dormitory system and complete the payment during the periods below. Students who do not apply within the application period will not be able to stay in the dormitory.

When paying the dormitory fee, you may choose either bank transfer or Flywire. Please check your own payment notice (invoice) for the exact dormitory fee.

1. 1. Period of Residence: August 25 (Tue) – December 21 (Mon), 2026
2. 2. Application Period: July 7 (Tue) – July 31 (Fri), 2026, until 5:00 PM

5. 5. Payment Period: August 12 (Wed) – August 28 (Fri), 2026, until 5:00 PM
6. 6. Payment Method: Bank transfer or Flywire (Cash payment is not accepted.) / Virtual account payment hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

8. - Please bring a waterproof mattress cover.

9. - Electric heating appliances (such as electric blankets, electric pads, electric heaters, etc.) are strictly prohibited in the dormitory.

[2026 가을학기 기숙사 관련 공지]

기숙사 신청 전, 아래 기숙사 생활관 규정을 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다. 한국어가 익숙하지 않은 학생은 번역기를 활용하여 내용을 충분히 숙지한 후 신청해 주시기 바랍니다. 기숙사 신청은 생활관 규정을 모두 확인하고, 입사 기간 동안 이를 준수하는 것에 동의하는 경우에만 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.

신청 대상

- 2026학년도 1학기 기숙사에 거주한 학생

※ 2026학년도 2학기 기숙사비 면제 대상자도 기숙사에 계속 거주를 희망하는 경우 반드시 신청해야 합니다.

신청 불가 대상

- 2026학년도 1학기 기숙사에 거주하지 않은 학생

• - 2026학년도 2학기 휴학 예정인 학생
• - 2026학년도 2학기 시작 전 졸업 예정인 학생

2026학년도 2학기 기숙사에 입사를 희망하는 학생은 아래 기간 내 기숙사 시스템을 통해 신청하고, 기숙사비를 납부해야 합니다.

신청 기간 내 신청하지 않을 경우 기숙사 입사가 불가능하오니 반드시 기간을 준수하시기 바랍니다.

기숙사비는 계좌이체 또는 Flywire를 통해 납부할 수 있으며, 납부 금액은 개인별 고지서(Invoice)를 확인하시기 바랍니다.

1. 1. 거주 기간: 2026년 8월 25일(화) ~ 12월 21일(월)
2. 2. 신청 기간: 2026년 7월 7일(화) ~ 7월 31일(금) 오후 5시까지

4. 4. 합격자 발표: 2026년 8월 11일(화) 오후 2시
5. 5. 납부 기간: 2026년 8월 12일(수) ~ 8월 28일(금) 오후 5시까지
6. 6. 납부 방법: 계좌이체 또는 Flywire (현금 납부 불가) / 가상계좌 이용 가능 시간: 오전 9시 ~ 오후 5시

8. - 방수 매트리스 커버를 반드시 준비하시기 바랍니다.

9. - 전기장판, 전기담요, 전기히터 등 모든 전열기구의 반입 및 사용은 엄격히 금지됩니다.
