[Installment Tuition Payment Application for Fall 2026 Semester]

1. 1. Application Period: August 24 (Mon) – August 25 (Tue), 2026 (Please make sure to apply within the application period.)

- If you wish to pay your tuition in installments, please apply through the Student Support System during the application period.

- Before applying, please make sure that your scholarship has been applied to your tuition amount.

- You may choose to pay your tuition in 2, 3, or 4 installments.

- Applications will not be accepted after the application period ends.

- Please refer to the attached PDF manual for detailed instructions.

4. 4. Payment Method

- Tuition may be paid at NH Bank (at the bank counter) or by transferring the exact amount to the virtual account number shown on your tuition invoice.

- Students who apply for installment payments must complete all payments before taking a leave of absence.

- Students who fail to make installment payments by the due dates will be treated as unregistered.

- No refund will be provided if a student is removed from registration due to non-payment.

- If paying by virtual account transfer, please transfer the exact amount shown on your invoice.

2. 2. 유의사항

- 등록금을 분할납부하고자 하는 학생은 신청 기간 내 학생지원시스템에서 신청하시기 바랍니다.

- 신청 전 장학금이 등록금에 반영되었는지 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.

- 등록금은 2회, 3회 또는 4회로 분할하여 납부할 수 있습니다.

- 신청 기간 이후에는 분할납부 신청이 불가능합니다.

- 자세한 신청 방법은 첨부된 PDF 매뉴얼을 참고하시기 바랍니다.

4. 4. 납부 방법

등록금은 NH농협은행 창구에서 납부하거나, 등록금 고지서에 기재된 가상계좌로 송금하여 납부할 수 있습니다.

5. 5. 분할 납부 일정

- 분할납부를 신청한 학생은 등록금을 완납하기 전에는 휴학할 수 없습니다.

- 분할납부 기한 내 등록금을 납부하지 않을 경우 미등록제적 처리됩니다.

- 미등록으로 제적되는 경우 납부한 등록금은 환불되지 않습니다.

- 가상계좌로 송금하는 경우에는 고지서에 기재된 금액과 동일한 금액을 정확히 송금하시기 바랍니다.
