1. Eligibility and Qualifications
a. Currently enrolled in the International College
※ Students on a leave of absence are not eligible to apply.
b. Must be in the third year, second semester during the dispatch semester.
c. Must be registered at Dongseo University during the dispatch semester.
d. Maintain a cumulative GPA of 4.0/4.5 or above.
e. Possess English proficiency with TOEFL iBT 79, IELTS 6.0 or above, or Japanese proficiency with JLPT N1 or above.
2. Host University
Kyushu University, School of Interdisciplinary Science and Innovation (ISI)
3. Dispatch Period
Spring 2027 Semester (One semester)
※ The Spring semester at Kyushu University begins in April 2027.
4. Number of Dispatched Students
Maximum of 2 students
5. Dispatch Conditions
a. Payment of tuition fees to Dongseo University during the dispatch period.
b. Exemption from tuition fees at the host university.
c. All other expenses, such as airfare, dormitory fees, etc., are the responsibility of the student.
d. Recognition of credits earned at the host university.
e. Due to delays in grade processing during the dispatch period, students will be excluded from the scholarship selection process for the following semester. As a result, they will not be eligible for a scholarship in the semester immediately following the exchange period and must pay the full tuition and dormitory fees.
6. Selection Method
Interview evaluation by the IC Operating Committee after recommendation from the Academic Advisor, Department Chair, and Dean of International College.
7. Selection Schedule
a. Recruitment of participants: September 28 – October 12, 2026
b. Interview evaluation: October 19 – October 20, 2026
c. Final selection and preparation of documents for Kyushu University: October 21 – October 27, 2026
8. Required Documents
a. Application form (download from the notice)
b. English Version of Transcript (from the Academic Affairs Office on the 4F of New Millennium Building)
c. Copy of language proficiency test scores
※ After an application is accepted, the IC Office will request a recommendation letter from the applicant's Academic Advisor, Department Chair, and Dean of International College.

가. International College 재학생
※ 휴학생은 지원할 수 없음.
나. 파견 학기 기준 3학년 2학기 재학생이어야 함.
다. 파견 기간 동안 동서대학교에 재학 등록되어 있어야 함.
라. 누적 평점평균 4.0/4.5 이상이어야 함.
마. TOEFL iBT 79점, IELTS 6.0 이상 또는 JLPT N1 이상의 영어 또는 일본어 공인어학성적을 보유한 자
2. 파견 대학
규슈대학교(Kyushu University) School of Interdisciplinary Science and Innovation (ISI)
3. 파견 기간
2027학년도 봄학기 (한 학기)
※ 규슈대학교 봄학기는 2027년 4월부터 시작함.
4. 파견 인원
최대 2명
5. 파견 조건
가. 파견 기간 동안 동서대학교 등록금을 납부해야 함.
나. 파견 기간 동안 파견 대학의 등록금은 면제됨.
다. 항공료, 기숙사비 등 기타 비용은 학생 본인이 부담함.
라. 파견 대학에서 취득한 학점은 동서대학교 학점으로 인정함.
마. 파견 기간 중 성적 처리 지연으로 인해 다음 학기 장학생 선발 대상에서 제외될 수 있음. 이에 따라 교환학생 종료 직후 학기에는 장학금 수혜가 불가하며, 등록금 및 기숙사비를 전액 납부해야 함.
6. 선발 방법
지도교수, 학과장 및 국제대학장 추천 후 국제대학 운영위원회의 면접 평가를 통해 선발
7. 선발 일정
