Dear Students,

Please find below important information regarding the upcoming midterm exam period.

1. Midterm Exam Period
• April 21 (Tue) – April 27 (Mon), 2025
• Specific exam dates and times for each course will be announced separately by your instructor.
• Please review the exam schedule carefully and prepare accordingly.

2. Study Room Open (Room 401, International College Building)
To support your exam preparation, Room 401 will be open 24 hours a day (including overnight) during the following period:
• Open Period: April 13 (Mon) – April 26 (Sun)
• All students are welcome to use the room freely for self-study.
• Available Hours
  - Weekdays: 6:00 PM (after regular classes) through the following morning
  - Weekends: 24 hours (all day)
※ Regular classes are held in Room 401 on weekdays from morning until 6:00 PM. The room is not available for self-study during those hours.

3. Classroom Rules (Must Be Followed)
• No gaming of any kind
• No food or drinks inside the classroom (water permitted)
• Keep the room clean and maintain a quiet study environment
• All general classroom regulations apply at all times

NOTE. Building Access
• The International College building can only be accessed through the 2nd floor entrance during non-business hours.
