Dear Students,

Please find below important information regarding the upcoming final examination period.

1. Final Examination Period

•  - June 16 (Tue) – June 22 (Mon), 2026
•  - Specific exam dates, times, and formats for each course will be announced separately by your instructor through e-Class.
•  - Please check your e-Class regularly and prepare accordingly.

2. Study Room Open (Room 401, International College Building)

To support your final exam preparation, Room 401 will be available for self-study 24 hours a day during the following period:

•  - Open Period: June 6 (Sat) – June 20 (Sat)
•  - All students are welcome to use the room for self-study.

 - Available Hours:

•    * Weekdays: After regular classes end until the following morning
•    * Weekends: 24 hours a day

     ※ Regular classes will continue to be held in Room 401 during scheduled class hours on weekdays.

        The room is not available for self-study during those times.

3. Classroom Rules (Must Be Followed)

•  - No gaming of any kind
•  - No food or drinks inside the classroom (water permitted)
•  - Keep the room clean and maintain a quiet study environment
•  - All general classroom regulations apply at all times

NOTE: Building Access

•  - The International College building can only be accessed through the 2nd floor entrance during non-business hours.
