International College

On Wednesday, September 9, 2026, Dongseo University’s International College held a welcome gathering on the second floor of the IC Building, bringing together Film & VFX students and peers from a variety of majors.

The event was designed to create a relaxed and welcoming environment at the beginning of the semester. Students were invited to enjoy snacks and refreshments, meet new people, and spend time together outside the classroom.

For Film & VFX students, the gathering provided a valuable opportunity to connect with students from other academic backgrounds and to exchange ideas in an informal setting. These interactions encouraged communication across different majors and helped students become more familiar with the wider International College community.

The event also offered new and international students a chance to settle into campus life in a comfortable atmosphere. Through casual conversations and shared experiences, students were able to build new friendships and strengthen their sense of belonging within the college.

Rather than following a formal orientation format, the gathering focused on open interaction and community building. The relaxed setting allowed students to communicate naturally, learn more about one another, and develop connections that may continue both academically and socially throughout the semester.
