Abstract: Currently, many online web markets do not offer or very limited sales of various animals. This is because, in many countries, it is banned to use animals in an abhorrent and cruel way in illegal animal sports(e.g., dogfighting competitions) or as experimental tools to test diseases or drugs. And for them, online markets can be used as an easy means to save animals. In this paper, design and implemented an online website for selling and buying animals. To prevent the aforementioned problem, we including two special procedures. Another special service of this website is Petcare that users can find people who treat their pets temporarily while they are on a trip or when they have to go somewhere without their pet.
