[Reporting Changes to the Immigration Office]

 

If you move out of the dormitory to live elsewhere (change your address), lose your residence card, or renew your passport, you must report these changes to the immigration office within 15 days.

 

Failure to report within this period may result in a penalty fine and complications with future visa extensions or applications, including for the D-10 Visa.

 

Please report any of the following to the immigration office:

  1. 1) Change of residence 
  2. 2) Passport update or renewal
  3. 3) Loss of your Resident Card

 

Notes:

1) Reporting changes must be done within 15 days from the date of occurrence to avoid fines.

2) You can report online via the HiKorea website or, in some cases, at the local community center.
