If you have a question for the dormitory office, please use this form via the link below or by scanning the QR code on the poster. The dormitory office will respond by e-mail within 3 days.
You may ask about topics such as dormitory applications, moving in and out, roommate changes, dormitory fees, fee refunds, and more, except for repair requests.
For repair requests, please submit them through the application note form available in the dormitory, where you can write your room number and list the items needing repair.
