[Dormitory Penalty Point System] 

The dormitory office posted "Penalty Point System" for the residents.
If you violate the dormitory rules, you will get penalty points for each violation. If you receive more than 15 penalty points, you will be required to vacate your room.

Having an electric heater in the room, not paying the dormitory fee on time, or not returning a room key before leaving for vacation, etc will incur penalty points.

Especially, electric heating devices are not allowed to use in the room becuase it can cause a fire. If it is found, the dormitory office will take it away and give penalty points. Please do not use it in your room.
