[How to get Certificate of Vaccination (Quarantine Pass)]

Due to the quarantine pass, you will need to show certificate of vaccination in many places from now.
If you finished vaccination, please prepare the certificate.

1. Students Vaccinated in Korea
   If you finished the 2nd vaccination in Korea, you can have the qurantine pass (certificate) for 6 months from the 2nd shot date.

  1) Paper Certificate
     You can visit the nearest Community Service Center or the National Health Center for issuance.
     You should bring your ID card.

   2) Sticker to certifiy your vaccination
      You can get a sticker to apply to your ID card.
      Please visit the nearest Community Service Center with your ID card.

    3) Electronic Certificate
       You can get it in your smart phone.
       In this case, your mobile phone should be registered on your own name.
       When you use it, just open the app in your phone and show your QR code.

       -COOV App
         a. Download the COOV App: Serch COOV on your smart phone and install the app
         b. Complete the identity verification: After running the app, authenticate yourself using your phone number.
         c. Issue the certificate: Press 'Submit' button to get a certificate

       -Kakao Talk
        You can get the QR code in Kakao Talk after completing user authentification.          

2. Students Vaccinated Abroad

   If you finished your 2nd vaccination abroad, you should first register it at the National Health Center .
   The National Health Center will register your vaccination history in the Korean government system.

   Please visit the National Heath Center with your ID card and the vaccination certificate issued abroad.
   If you didn't receive your ID card yet, you can do it with your passport.

   After registration, you can get your certificate issued as mentioned above (See No. 1 above)
