General Notice Dormitory Fee Payment

[Dormitory Fee Payment]

*This is a notice from the dormitory office.

From this semester, the dormitory office will have a payment period for dormitory fee and renew the finger print registration at the entrance system each semester and vacation.

After you pay the dormitory fee for this semester, your finger prints will be registered again.

Since all the finger print registraion will be removed, please pay the dormitory fee in time and register your finger print again.

-Payment Period: September 13(Tue)-16(Fri)

-How to Pay:

1. Receive an invoice at the dormitory office at Global Village (7F)

*You will need your student ID number to get the invoice. (Write down and show it to the staff)

*Please check if the amount is correct (Some students should check if their scholarship is applied)

2. Pay it by cash with the invoice at the NH Bank on campus

3. Bring the receipt with you and register your finger print at the guard office
