Dormitory Application for Fall semester, 2016
1. Application for the dormitory Fall Semester 2016.
For those who wish to apply for a dormitory room for the Fall semester of 2016, please visit the International Exchange Center to fill out an application form by July 15, 2016. We are not responsible for any delays in assignment of a room if the application is not submitted on time.
2. Dormitory Check-out: Please let us know your plans for the holiday!!
a) For those who wish to check-out from your dormitory, please note the following:
-Submit your Check-out form 2~3 days before your check-out date
- Fill out the Check-out form from the Security Office at your dormitory (Or International Exchange Center), our security officer(Staff at International Exchange Center) will inspect your room for any damages and sign the check-out form, get a confirmation signature from any one of our staff at the International Exchange Center and let us know your departure and arrival date (if you are returning). After completing the above process, your housing deposit money will be refunded (Weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm only).
- On your Check-out date, make sure to remove all your belongings and return your room key and bedding set to the Security Office (Or the International Exchange Center).
- If you don't return your room key or leave your belongings in your room, you will have to pay an additional fee for the time you occupy the room.
c) For those who stay in the dormitory until June 27, you will not be charged any extra dormitory fee. But if you check-out later than June 27, you will have to pay 5,000 won per day. If you are staying in the dormitory during vacation, please pay your dormitory fee (360,000 won) by June 30, 2016.
