[Required Documents for Visa Extension]
Please check your ID card. If it expires on Sep. 30, 2023, you should apply for a visa extension this September.
This is an additional information of the required documents. Please prepare the following documents and submit them to International Exchange Center (4F, New Millennium Building).
1. Application form: You don't need to put a photo in the application form for visa extension.
-You can get a form at IC Office (IC 702)
2. Resident Card (Alien Registration Card): You should submit your ID card.
3. Certificate of Enrollment (재학증명서) and Transcript (성적증명서)
-You can get it from the machine or in the Academic Affairs Office on the 4th floor of New Millennium Building with your student ID number.
-Please get a Korean version. It will cost 500won for each copy.
4. Certificate of Tuition Payment (you can get from IC Office)
5. Certificate of Dormitory Resident (You can get this at IC Office (IC 702)
-If you live outside campus, you can submit a copy of your housing contract.
6. Passport Copy
7. Application Fee: 60,000 KRW
